Fat Daddy`s in Alexandria

Granted, it's late on a Tuesday and I'm the only person there, but you'd think if I asked to play the jukebox and queued up some songs the bartender would refrain from playing the TV nearest me at the bar. Washed out my music and I wasn't happy so I left, perhaps I should have said something but I wasn't in the mood, bad me for not following up directly.

Great staff...great food...a great place for family

Giving this restaurant a 1 because I can't put 0. I was there on Saturday February 1st, 2020 and ordered a steak. It was the worst steak I have ever eaten, I took 2 bites. That evening I ended up in the hospital needing IV fluids and ended up with food poisoning. I am 24 weeks pregnant and lost 6 pounds because of the whole ordeal. We called the manager to raise awareness so other people don't get sick and he said, "we serve a lot of steaks, I don't know what you want me to do about it" highly disappointed and we will never return

Food was good and they were kind and it came out fast

Bowling alley is great. Friendly staff on that side however any area for food... Service needs to be addressed. Ordered in the bar took over 45 minutes to get our food and some of it took longer. Waitress never came to offer refills on our drinks. Had to ask the manager for them when he delivered the pizza we waited an hour for. Kitchen staff... Alfredo should not be covered in greasy. Snack bar pizza area a smile wouldn't kill you.

This was a fun and unique place to visit. The drinks were great and so was the food. The atmosphere was nice, and we bought a couple of shirts as souvenirs as well.

the wings were great, crispy, and very tasty! Had the wings naked, so got to try a variety of sauces. enjoyed all of them!

So took the family bowling and spent 165.00 for less than three hours of fun. Everything was way over priced and had we not tried to make life simple with a one stop shop I will never go back!

Our usual stop for Wednesday chicken wings . Wings came out dry this evening. We ordered 7 plates 4 pitchers of beer and 3 pitchers of pop. Our party consisted of 10 adults and 2 infants. Service was adequate. We'll try again in a couple of weeks.

The waitresses not good, my husband and I do not go out very much for dinner. Due too busy at work, when we do. We expect service. No staff to check on us. Expect when we are done with our food. Staff to busy stuffing their face at the counter.

Place was amazing. Bowling was super fun, huge bowling alley!!! Aracade was awesome for the kids and the adults! The only downfall for me was the wait for our food. We had to wait for an hour and the restaurant was empty. It was just us and another family. We got there before the other family and they received their food and ate it and left before we even got our appetizers. However the food was good and was hot. Just way to long for a wait.

Good food, fun time, but the the service and staff could use some work.

Decent food, service was a bit slow but was made up by the good atmosphere and music choice.

We were there with a group of 20 or so. The food was brought out in waves so we didn't all get our meals at the same time. However, everyones food was hot so I understand why they did it that way. They had a private space available for our group with wait staff for food and beverages.

Stopped on our way to our final destination. Cool atmosphere...friendly waitress. Service was great; food arrived quickly. There was a lot to do for the kids while we waited. Will definitely stop again.

The food was excellent. My wife and I eat there because of the menu options and laid back atmosphere. Definitely check it out.

Use to be one of my favorite places in town to go but in the last couple of years the service and food quality have gone down drastically!! Went last week, service was bad and slow. Waited about 40 minutes for bar food and it was cold and burnt. I noticed its not very busy especially on a Friday night when they use to be packed on Friday nights and now I see why. Will probably not go back again unless I hear of some major changes made!!

Excellent food, great atmosphere and superior wait staff

Waiters and waitresses do not know their menu or pricing including specials of the day. The food was very very over cooked. I have been there before and have had the same results do not recommend.

Specious and a variety of seating and doesn't have tables jammed together like some places. Was there for lunch and looked like it could be a fun evening place too. Friendly & courteous service. Our burgers were super tasty!

Was in town for a work event. Had friends suggest this place after they had been there for a bowling tournament. We only experienced the bar and the bloody mary's were very good as was the service. It was just after lunch so not many people there. If you like pull tabs, they have plenty..12 total to choose from plus etabs. Would stop again if ever in town.

Go bowling, and then hit up the bar and have a good time. Ive gone here quite a few times and the bar is always a good time, shoot some pool and just relax, its a great place to go for a smaller group, it can get crowded from time to time but generally is a great bar. The DJ they have sometimes are pretty good and other times ok like any other place, but the drinks are good and the prices are good as well. Great place for food as well!

As a couple, placed one order of baby back ribs to be delivered to Hampton Inn nearby. Order recieved promptly, and without knowing size of party, they included accessories for a party of three. The two of us had plenty of good food delivered to our room by a guy in a mask. Great service during this covid period!

The parking lot and sidewalk were horrible!!!! Food was good and staff friendly. Bowling alley was clean and friendly.

I didn't care about getting my food brought to me cold and then when told by the waitress she would take care if it.It was only placed in the microwave and warmed up NOT remade to where I couldn't eat into as it was hard as a rock.Our waitress even said she was going to discount my dinner and that was never done either.I will never eat there again

Good food good price good for the kids to blow steam until the boys snuck over to the bowling side sorry about that...

I had a bad experience, the waitress was Extremely rude. It kind of ruined my fun filled night. Also the workers kept hugging eachother and it made me feel uncomfortable. Well there’s my two cents....

Love this place for the large bowling alley combined with a bar stocked with a wide selection of beers. Good place to take the family or just with friends. The blacklight bowling is gimmicky but fun if you're with kids. Lanes are in great shape as well. Friendly staff to keep the drinks coming.

Worst bar I’ve never been to. Tried to stop in at 12:15 while staying at Hampton Inn. Sticker on door said open until 2 am. Got to door, it was locked, saw people in the bar, called bar and they said they were closed. Guessing they only wanted to serve friends and shut down early.Pretty disappointed in service, had a big group willing to spend some money for an hour or so. Owner will probably be upset to know they turned away excited customers.

I think the food is overall good quality. I've been there twice now. What is really handy is the access to the bowling alley which is built into the same building. It is usually never busy, all the times I've been there, it has probably had two or three other tables taken. It has a full bar which I think gets a lot more consumers from the bowling alley.

It was close to the hotel we stayed at, that was a plus. It has darts and pool and cold beer. I didn't really check out the menu, so I don't know about the food. We were ordering big mugs of beer and after the first couple rounds they switched to plastic cups. It was not busy enough to warrant the change in my opinion, they could wash mugs and chill them with ice versus using plastic cups, but overall it was a place I would return to....A month later I'm back and tried my hand at the Tuesday Nacho special. I got ditched by my work peeps so I figured I'd have a nacho and a beer and the nacho was ridiculously huge. It was everything a nachos supposed to be, except they were out of guacamole. All in all a decent bowling alley bar. 👍🏽👍🏽

Good bar food and lots of tap beer selection. Good prices too.

Service was great, and food was great, I liked how the food wasn't high in salt like it is everywhere else, well at least the meal I ordered anyways haven't tried anything else yet.

Best burgers in town!

Atmosphere was nice but my chicken alfredo was the worst chicken alfredo I have ever had. I dont think it even had alfredo sauce on it, just the water from the steamed broccoli. Super disappointing but I'll give them another shot as the staff was amazing!

Great staff, fun atmosphere. food and drink specials are very inexpensive, highly reccomend the prime rib sandwich philly style, huge portions but delicious. Banquet space is very accommodating and welcoming. love the huge ceilings and large bar. 10/10 will be back

Although we stated our order 3 times we were still brought the thick, doughy crust pizza that was cold instead of thin crust. People we were with had to wait forever for food, another person was also brought the wrong food. The server chose not tot to care, thus i chose not to tip. I generally do tip well, so you choosing to ignore these mistakes definately did cost you.
